From a recent experience of mine, when I had an emergency with my elderly mother late at night, they promptly attended to do whatever needed like any close relative. Not only that night, but starting from visiting my mum in hospital every single day, dealing with all hospital formalities and communicating with the doctor, they were there always a true friend in need. They are patiently and sincerely listening and addressing all our needs and has earned a special place in my mum's heart. From daily mundane problem to a critical situation, I can vouch for their support to the best of their abilities. Our strength back home. BUDDY BACK HOME It was a cosy evening in Delhi and a warm one in Mumbai. We 2 brothers were in the process of packing our bags and leaving Office, when a call came from our home at Kolkata... Maa was writhing in pain, a pain which started in her chest and was radiating through her left hand...we understood the signs....what to do? who will do? we were far away... There was God (who gave us time to respond and arrange help), there was a neighbourhood friend Poltu (who came running with Sorbitrate) and above all there was #Buddy Back Home (who came with an ALS ambulance) and my brother Sumantra Datta (who alerted Apollo Hospital Emergency even before the Ambulance arrived). We could move her to the hospital within the Golden Hour....and her treatment started. Sayantika and Saurabh from Buddy Back Home made it sure that Maa was not alone till we reached the next day...... #Buddy Back Home is a bliss...it really is more than a relative back home...We wish and pray with a pure heart all the blessings God has to usher is ushered on the noble souls and their exceptional service... They have seamlessly executed whatever we could not do as sons during the moment of crisis. Kudos for creating this exceptional team Sanjeev Khona and Sangeeta Khona.

I am highly indebted to Buddy Back Home for their commendable service. Recently, when my father was hospitalized during my absence, their support was invaluable. However, when I called our Buddy Gita Bhattacharjee BBH her soothing words and the immediate steps taken relieved our minds from anxiety. Gita, from the Buddy Back home team, was instrumental in coordinating my father's care. The way Buddy handled my father's hospitalization and discharge, given his complicated condition at the age of 85 years and patient of COPD and pneumonia, was phenomenal. Their care and professionalism were visible all over in the process and created huge relief for our whole family, I can endorse Buddy Back Home for anybody who wants reliable support for their ageing loved ones.
